Peppermint

Peppermint, aka Mentha piperita, can be used to contribute to one’s health in a number of ways.  However, the plant is best known for its contribution to the relief of digestive problems.

Peppermint settles the DIGESTIVE SYSTEM and can relieve indigestion, flatulence, spasms, diarrhea, nausea, stomach cramps, travel sickness, etc. It also keeps the LIVER, INTESTINES, and NERVOUS SYSTEM healthy!!

Cinnamon

Not only is the ingestion of cinnamon beneficial, but it also useful for the treatment of scabies and lice!

Lemon
